The cube is a symbol of order and strength that stands in stark contrast to the ever-changing and fleeting nature of life. We found this cube in the middle of a glacier. Does nature want to show us that despite constant change, there is still room for consistency and reliability?

Nature is truly impressive and when the light works its magic, I am simply grateful to be there, to experience it, and hope that the photo captures the scene as beautifully as it is.

Early morning on the Tschierva glacier is unpredictable. In commercial photography, everything is planned and organized. But here, in the wilderness, you can't plan it, you can't expect it. It's about enjoying the moment as it comes and preserving it in its purest form.
