With the new image world of Tareno AG we would like to take you on a journey from the source of the Rhine in the mountains down to the Rhine valley, to the delta at Lake Constance and all the way to Basel.

The photos were taken last fall together with the Tareno marketing team and compiled in the spirit of the Tareno identity.

How did we come up with the idea of bringing Rein from its source to Basel?

The basis for our project was the proud city of Basel on the Rein and the water, which plays an essential role for the company and the customers of Tareno AG

Tareno is a fantasy name containing part of the founding members' names and the Italian word Reno (English: Rhine).

A rather elegant way to express the connection to one's hometown.  

Every company and every asset has an origin somewhere; if we treat it carefully, it will evolve over time. Just like our nature, the small which trickle originates high up in the mountains of Graubünden, catches itself in a lake and then, through many exciting detours, beautiful landscapes and obstacles, becomes more and more significant, develops and becomes a river.   

Where is the journey going? 

At the moment we have arrived in Basel. But the Rhine continues to flow, and from Basel it becomes an important trade route to the North Sea, connecting many countries culturally. If we are careful with it, it will help us create value for a long time to come.
